I’m a senior applied economist and leader helping organizations make smarter decisions in environments defined by risk, uncertainty, and complexity. Drawing on a dual-title Ph.D. in Economics and Operations Research, I bring deep expertise in modeling, simulation, and real-world evidence (RWE) to inform high-stakes healthcare and policy decisions.Over the past several years, I’ve partnered with federal agencies including the FDA, CMS, NIH, and ARPA-H to stand up enterprise-wide decision support programs, design and validate predictive and simulation models (e.g, system dynamics, agent-based models), and estimate the return on investment (ROI) for cutting-edge health innovations. My work combines methods from econometrics, machine learning, and behavioral economics—including discrete choice experiments (DCEs) and preference elicitation—to shape regulatory frameworks and drive value-based decision-making.I’ve led cross-functional teams on multi-million-dollar healthcare analytics engagements, translated technical findings into strategy for senior policymakers, and helped secure over $50M in federal contracts. Whether it’s improving opioid policy modeling or advancing patient-centered regulatory science, I specialize in turning complex data into insights that matter.
