I love building from 0 to 1. I have led the research and developments of several large scale machine intelligence algorithms and systems focusing on search ranking, personalized recommendations, display ad optimization, Q&A system, conversational bot, and computer vision. I published papers in NIPS, ICML, AI Journal, and submitted two patents. I am also a reviewer for NIPS, AI Journal.I am currently with Netflix leading search ranking ML algorithms efforts.
