I am a senior pharmacist at UCI Health Cancer Center, with over 6 years of experience in IV infusion, oncology, team development, and operation management. My passion is to improve operational efficiency and clinical outcomes by leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, analyzing and optimizing workflows, and implementing innovative solutions. I have increased the oncology, gene therapy, and stem cell therapy portfolios by planning logistics for research teams and physicians, co-established cellular therapies standards of practice, and re-structured and managed inpatient workflows. I also train and empower new staff, residents, and technicians to deliver high-quality patient care. My goal is to leverage my expertise in oncology and gene therapy to advance the field of pharmacy and contribute to the mission of UCI Health Cancer Center.
