Installed VoIP Cisco phones, laptops, monitors, desktops, network printers, standalone USB printers, and USB Scanners.• Created a Baseline Image, using a Virtual Machine (VM), and uploading it to Dell to have installed on our future orders.• Managed (3) servers for a Non-profit Organization, managing Active Directory Directory Services (AD DS), Group Policy Orders GPOs, Print Server, Network Drives, Backups, and security.• Managed the Doman Name System (DNS) for the Non-profit Organization updating the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Record and enabling DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) authentication.• Setup profiles for temporary and permanent users, map network drives, configure Outlook & Office Suite essentials, internet browsers, internet shortcuts, and install & configure software as needed.• Repaired damaged VoIP phones, laserjet printers, and network cables.• Create, review, update, and close trouble tickets within Track-it.• Receive phones calls and emails requesting IT support, process the request into Trouble Tickets and assign to available Technicians.• Respond back to users requesting IT support in a professional manner, informing them that their request has been received and processed.• Use Dame Ware or Remote Desktop to connect to users’ desktop to setup profile or to resolve users’ issues.• Use proprietary software to reset or unlock users’ computer account or pin to their voicemail.• Configured a Server Message Block (SMB) between a local machine and a multi-function device on the network.• Change back up tapes and deliver them to the offsite storage area.• Conduct a thorough scan of computers that are operating below normal to identify and quarantine any virus, spyware, adware, Trojans, or worms that may be on the local drive.• Conduct updates to the operating system & drivers, defrag the hard drive, and remove old profiles from the hard drive.• Submit obsolete equipment for disposition.
