On August 31, 2022, I retired after 43 years in the healthcare design and construction industry. I have been blessed to finish the last 5+ years of my career as part of an incredible team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Under the leadership of Bill Payne, AHWFB\'s & WFUSOM\'s Associate VP of Planning, Design & Construction, and the three former PDC project managers, now directors; Stephanie Sparks-Academic/Research, Eric Walters-Acute Care, and Lori Harris-Ambulatory Care, the team will be even more successful. I will remain passionately interested in optimizing healthcare facility development processes and outcomes by focusing on the 4Ps; People, Partnerships, Processes and Projects, in that order.\"If the People, Partnerships and Processes are right, a quality Project is a foregone conclusion\"- Me I have been driven by the joy of supporting, mentoring, rewarding and leading healthcare facility development team members who share the same passion, who thrive on collaboration and who inject a dose of fun, ideas, mischievousness and creativity into every day.
