Cappfinity was founded almost 18 years ago with a simple mission of \"strengthening the world\" by bringing skills and strengths assessment into the recruiting process for both early careers and experienced talent. Their approach and data driven technical solutions, with proven \"zero bias\" have helped major corporations effectively recruit and retain diverse talent, by building a more inclusive work culture and continue to make a major impact in this space.
