ABOUT TRUDY DUNNE-KELSALL

With decades of experience leading on high value, multi-disciplined construction projects in a number of sectors, I have developed a motivational management style with a versatile set of skills across building pathology, health and safety, team leadership, change management and ORAT - i.e. successfully launching the final product into operational use.I love my job and have a genuine passion for construction - creating and changing the built environment for an ever evolving society, whilst also actively encouraging, teaching, mentoring and managing new professionals in the industry.I\'m a professional who values teamwork and has an enviable reputation for inspiring teams, to drive forward the critical path under tight time and budget constraints. This has been achieved by my ability to get the best out of people who work for and with me to remove blockers in the construction process thereby securing cross functional stakeholder trust and engagement.Over the years, I\'ve learnt the importance of trusting your instincts and maintaining composure when making decisions, plus a strong sense of integrity in the most challenging of situations.It\'s been a privilege to play a lead in the delivery of the new Terminal extension at Manchester Airport, a project that will create change for a new generation, in business as well as aviation.
