ABOUT TRUDIE HAWTHORNE

I work within the Group Programme Excellence team as P3M Capability Manager. I am a Functional Manager for the Project Manager, Project Control Apprentices and Project Manager Graduates. In my previous job roles within the Maritime & Land Business, I worked in the central PMO team as the Senior Principal Controller. Previous roles included Placement lead for the Early Careers. Functional Manager/Principal Controller for a Project Controls team. I was responsible for the project controls teams delivery for an integrated delivery team. I am customer focused, confident, meticulous and adaptable person, I have to work to tight timescales and milestones within a dynamic environment. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I adapt easily to different situations and cultures, both personally and professionally. Self-motivated and capable of working as a team member or individual using my resourcefulness to overcome problems using novel approaches. I have excellent organisation and planning skills coupled with an eye for detail. Experienced in MS Office applications.
