Sr Relocation Coordinator @The Armstrong Company

In I started with Armstrong Relocation as a receptionist answering phones, doing paperwork for drivers, and helping dispatch. This was the learning center for me as I moved into my current role as a relocation coordinator. I work with multiple sales people to assist them on a daily basis making sure files are turned in with all the correct information for dispatch and drivers. I handle various types of customers, from the commercial & household good sides, by corresponding with all customers from beginning to end. During my time with Armstrong Relocation, I also worked with Cartus and Primacy, 3rd Party Relocation companies, for various household goods national accounts.In 2016 I received my Unigroup certification and in 2017 I earned the Gold in the re-certification. I have been in the transportation business 24+ years and have a lot of knowledge with various tariffs, contracts, and how to use various systems that is necessary for our daily work.
