I am a Lead Product Manager with over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, currently driving growth and innovation across Contractor, Compensation, and AI domains at Oyster. I’ve scaled the contractor product 5x in revenue and doubled NPS, led AI transformation projects saving thousands of operational hours, and built high-impact compensation tools. Consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.Previously, I\'ve been building software with an international presence, which makes marketing easier for small and medium-sized e-commerce companies. I have worked on this product throughout its lifecycle, from the beta version through the launch in the European markets to a mature product with hundreds of clients.Before that, I worked as a consultant for Nielsen, where I helped lead European chains make strategic decisions in marketing, pricing, and assortment by building data products.
