Being born and raised on a family farm in South Dakota, I learned early in life the value of hard work and the drive for results and unfortunately that not all endeavors are successful. These are skills that I transitioned and place high importance in my professional career along with communication and understanding that every employees situation is different. By developing the best process to complete any task and continuously improving the process with the use of technology. I am able to work with many different people and learn new skills everyday. Through my experiences in technology and electrical procurement industry I have gained the ability to understand the industry as well as the needs of owners and subcontractors.
