My primary focus is on ERP and SAP technologies, along with other enterprise tools and systems that drive operational excellence.Product Owner – ERP Architecture Guidance and Frameworks: I play a pivotal role in ensuring Roche’s ERP systems are not only technologically advanced but also strategically aligned with the company’s long-term goals. This alignment drives efficiency, consistency, and innovation across all divisions.ERP Strategy and Roadmaps: I lead the coordination of Roche’s ERP Strategy and Roadmaps, defining the overall direction for ERP platforms covering technology acquisition, emerging innovations, and vendor strategy.
