About Troy Udulutch
I’d make a terrible theoretical physicist.Don’t get me wrong; some of my best friends are theoretical physicists. And while I enjoy a good brainstorming session, asking what ifs and throwing out ideas, I ultimately like changing the theory into practice.I love working with individual partners to understand what they need to be successful. I love pulling back from a deep dive and seeing how the individual pieces interweave with the big picture. And I love using that knowledge to put a great plan into motion, adjusting and iterating our way to completion. Above all, I love looking back on a finished effort and taking pride in what it took to get there. If you need help getting your theory into practice, drop me a line at t•••@aya.yale.edu. I enjoy problem-solving and discussing tactics, and I’m always up for expanding my professional network.Specialties:Agile * Scrum * Payments Technologies * Customer Billing * EDW * CMS * Process Improvement
