   minds + assembly is a high-growth creative agency focused on healthcare and consumer brands.\\\\n\\\\nI was hired as a Design Director and promoted to Creative Director as a member of the agency’s leadership team responsible for contributing to agency strategy and managing and mentoring a 20-member design department.\\\\n\\\\nDuring my tenure I have focused on driving agency culture development during our global expansion and growth from 30 to 100 employees, with an emphasis on experiential thinking, conceptual development, and ambition for design while advocating for continuous learning.\\\\n\\\\nSome project highlights include:\\\\n\\\\nLeading the global launch team for the first FDA approved digital therapeutic app for a large Japanese based pharma client (currently in pre-launch).\\\\n\\\\nDesigned, built and launched an innovative emotional support application for human connection.\\\\n\\\\nCreated a brand mascot for launch of the pediatric indication of an adult treatment.\\\\n\\\\nGuided launch strategy and campaign for a trackable pill that resulted in client extending project to award minds + assembly its first digital therapeutic brand.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
