While I am an organizational development consultant, I am also an aspiring winemaker. Currently pursuing a wine production certificate at Napa Valley College.Experienced cellar worker with a strong background in supporting all aspects of the wine-making process, including fermentation monitoring, wine transfers, barrel maintenance, and grape crushing. Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, operating wine-making equipment, and assisting with filtration, bottling, and sensory analysis. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations during harvest. Dedicated to producing high-quality wine through meticulous attention to detail and effective 10 years experience as a practitioner of industrial/organizational psychology, my expertise includes talent management, organizational strategy, employee engagement, leadership assessment and development, training design and facilitation, data analysis and visualization, and succession planning. As a leadership consultant, I\'ve delivered actionable insights for Fortune 500 leaders to have impact at scale. I\'m passionate about partnering with senior leaders to create an environment that fosters inclusion, increases well-being, and enhances team performance.
