   In this role, I\'ve primarily overseen environmental permitting and regulatory projects related to U.S. air and water compliance. The team manages approximately 800 technical projects at any given time across nearly 100 locations located in the U.S. I\'ve created a strong team by embracing their subject matter expertise and insuring they apply that knowledge effectively and efficiently to each project. This creates a great deal of collaboration within the team and encourages the team to build relationships with the business process owners. My role has been to maintain a hardline on establishing compliance practices while engaging the business on finding creative and sustainable solutions to compliance challenges. My practices are sought out by other business areas globally and I regularly advise them in implementing compliance strategies.
