Key negotiator of contracts, technology leases and business application contracts resulting in cost savings.Leading the infrastructure as the Senior Network and Security Administrator, at Rimage Corporation, I supported and maintained Headquarters network and systems infrastructure. Facilitated, prioritized, and communicated functional, technical, and scheduling requirements of all infrastructure initiatives and objectives. Also, served as infrastructure lead on enterprise conversion to SAP for US and German offices.I began my career as an analyst and help desk professional, where I learned the value of really understanding the end user. I created user guides, training manuals and sustainable processes to ensure my colleague’s success. This foundation helped me gain leadership positions where I continue to put the end user and customer first.My goal is to make technology easy for all employees - proper tech shouldn’t be a concern for people so they can focus on their primary jobs. In my roles as a working-leader, I managed teams to support both cloud and on-premise infrastructure and enterprise applications and hardware along with ensuring end-user needs are exceeded.
