Am the final point of contact for all risk issues; including chargeback remediation plans, fraud monitoring tools, and correspondence with existing ISO Banks and Card Brands, with some highlights:• Lead and drive delivery of risk solutions for customers and internal teams.• Set development priorities in line with CEO strategic objectives and targets.• Work in alignment with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, Finance, and• Sales.• Serve as a member of the Executive Risk Committee• Effectively align teams and resources to achieve key business priorities on time and at the appropriate scope and highest quality.• Identify, validate, and manage collaboration with 3rd party services and vendors to• enhance risk management practices.• Monitor KPIs and manage Risk budget.• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to Risk.• Ensure all department processes are accurately documented and reviewed annually while creating new procedures as needed.
