Having worked within the Measurement industry for over 20 years I am passionate about helping users and Production teams within OEM environments identify unknown problems within their production environment and advising them on a range of solutions optionsHaving spent my working life in measurement, I understand operators and quality inspection processes have and are evolving and take pride in developing practical solutions that enable operators to improve their own day to day processes as well as achieving important cost savings and efficiency improvements in a commercial settingI have weekly / daily conversations with Quality Managers, Production Directors and internal trouble shooters and it is always useful to listen, explore and share perspectives to the different challenges within technical engineering and production teams Some of the typical situations that lead to an initial conversation with me are:1. We have no automated process for inspecting2. We are having challenges for measuring tight tolerances.3. Improvement of efficiencies in Inspection processes4. Using measurement data to improve processes.5.
