   Developed and implemented the IT plans for transforming the company from multiple Operating Legal Entities into a single Distribution Legal Entity. Benefits included: New and converted Shared Distribution Centers, consolidated freight and payment terms, tax-efficient supply chain, less LTL shipments and enabling customers to do business with one Newell Brands.• Served as the “Trusted Advisor” to the CIO to inventory the combine companies’ application footprints of Newell Rubbermaid and Jarden Brands to establish the initial roadmap for IT simplification.• Created, revised and executed multi-year plans aligned with changing business strategies to consolidate ERP systems from over 40 to 2 (supporting greater than 90% of revenue).• Mentored and Lead over 120 colleagues globally supporting Application Development, Application Integration and Data Management supporting the SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft and Blue Prism platforms.• Collaborated with peers to identify areas for consolidation and cost reductions (applications, infrastructure, consulting and people) of $58 million in 2017 through 2023.• Responsible for leading teams to enable the ERP integration associated with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud brand marketing, catalog and direct-to-consumer (DTC) processes.• Responsible for the creation of a Center of Excellence for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).• Responsible for the Global Procurement Systems Transformation enabling Ariba for the complete sourcing and procurement processes (Sourcing, Contract Management and Requisition to Pay).• Created an Architecture Review Board to enforce standardization of IT processes and applications as well as govern the global IT project in-take process.• Continuously staying abreast of industry, competitive, technology and innovation trends that can impact Newell Brands and ensuring that all plans remain up to date with these trends.
