About Troy Wingler

I have had an incredible experience at Cook. Starting out as a Product Development Engineer developing the next generation of medical devices and being the person who knows more about a project than anyone else. This is simply the case as we are the people that pull all the pieces of the \"concept->launch\" process together. From there I was given the opportunity to become a Global Product Manager. This was exciting and a huge benefit to hop more to the marketing side and figure out selling strategies for the products (a lot of which I helped develop). Creating marking literature, interfacing with physicians around the world, understanding the different markets, and supplying engineering with many inputs and deliverables were just a few of the tasks in this position. Last year I was given the opportunity to come back and Manage the Product Developement Engineering Department. It has been a fantastic experience helping the young engineers grow, which is my main responsibility. I have focused on making sure the group has the resources, training, confidence and connections they need to develop product that will revolutionize medical practice, and benefit the patients we serve!
