Duties: • Oversee Purchasing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales Departments • Organize and manage S & OP meeting with the plant operations and sales team• Commercial sign off on all internal RFA requests• Create production and raw materials forecasts based off sales demand/forecast• Manage NCTI\'s global Supply Chain• Manage relationship, inventories, coordination, and contracts for oversees terminals• Develop and maintaining appropriate KPI metrics for the entire Supply Chain. Including but not limited to: on-time delivery performance, premium freight costs, quality and safety standards, rail car utilization, order-fulfillment, etc.• Define annual budget assumptions for all Commercial Departments.• Attend Monthly Credit Review with all Active Customers• Negotiate contract pricing with suppliers to lock in needed constant supply with minimizing total costs for our raw materials• Review, negotiation, and approve any contract NCTI has with any vendor/customer worldwide.• Develop and create sales prices for fixed and formula customers, ensuring NCTI meets planned margins• Manage our procurement department and ensure all contractual obligations are being met• Develop and maintain economic forecasting tools for SAS and ENB product scheduling• Develop metrics and assure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements• Member of Management committee to ensure JX NCTI is ISO 9001 and 14001 compliant• Manage the customer service department to ensure all our customer needs are being met• Developed and implemented formal MRO purchasing process• Execute the purchasing/procurement of leases and manage our entire private rail car fleet
