Served as a Senior Cyber Security Officer with an extensive background of supervising implementation of cyber security best practices, national security standards, applicable laws, policies, and directives to enable the operation and mission of CIA by proactively monitoring, evaluating and managing information technology (IT) risk. Held multiple leadership positions where I have led teams of multidisciplinary officers through active two-way communication, transparency, and commitment to mission. Through these experiences, I recruited and nurtured highly skilled minds from across all CIA directorates, NSA, and FBI to actively collaborate, share ideas and formulate multiple first-of-kind operations- some requiring approval from the highest levels of government. Woven throughout this active working-level engagement was my commitment to encourage freedom of thought and healthy debate, but also respect and consensus building that in the end, produced solid operations.
