About Troy Walker
I’m a Senior at the University of South Carolina, double majoring in Finance and Marketing. Last summer, I interned at Lakeside Bank, working in their Marketing and Social Events department where I gained experience in event planning, outreach, and community engagement. The previous summer, I worked at Lakeside as a credit analyst and in the Bank Secrecy Act department, gaining experience in financial analysis, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, I held a position as a supply chain intern at UPS, where I was able to contribute to logistics and operations. During the school year, I also work as an intern for the campus’s Quality Assurance team, gaining experience in process improvement and operational efficiency. I have strong finance skills in modeling and budgeting. I am also proficient in Excel.
