About Troy Stephenson

As Senior Vice President of Operations at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, I lead our Project Management line of business across the restaurant, and fuel/c-store/car wash sectors, with a focus on scale, consistency, and execution. I bring more than 30 years of experience, having led over construction projects to date. My background includes managing complex restaurant and fuel/convenience store remodels, rollouts, and reimaging programs, often in client environments that require alignment with existing systems, standards, and processes. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping clients execute change without disrupting operations. That means adapting delivery approaches to fit how organizations already work while improving planning, coordination, and cost control behind the scenes. At Sevan, we support national brands managing large, distributed programs. I work closely with our teams to bring structure, accountability, and practical execution to programs that require speed, consistency, and attention to detail.Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, biking, and competing in obstacle course racing.
