About Troy Schmitt
I am currently a student at the University of Northern Iowa pursuing a triple major in Accounting, Business Analytics, and Finance on the CPA-track. I take great pride in being involved in the UNI Accounting Club by serving as President on the Student Executive Board. I use this opportunity to connect with my fellow like-minded accounting peers and establish lasting friendships. I enjoy contributing to a club that brings so many activities, companies, and students to our campus. I grew up on my family farm in Northeast Iowa where I was blessed with many great attributes such as discipline, sacrifice, and a profound work ethic. I place great emphasis on continuous learning and meeting the demands of an ever-changing professional environment. I am never afraid of experiences outside of my comfort zone and I approach life with an open mind.
