My current role at Nortrux Inc. involves hiring, training, coaching and retaining an effective outside sales team to sell new and used Class 8 heavy trucks, as well as medium duty. I\'m responsible for sales for Central and Northern Alberta involving three branches, Red Deer, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie. I also support our leasing department with full service leasing and rentals. In addition, I work closely with senior managers and owners to develop annual strategic plans for sales and marketing, including budgeting. My role encompasses teamwork with all departments and to promote achievement of our core values, ensuring customer satisfaction.
