ABOUT TROY ROUNDY
I’ve worked in Behavioral Health for almost 7 years now and I’ve been blessed to serve others in a field that I am very passionate about. My own life history and struggles have left me uniquely equipped to help others walk a difficult road and find hope & healing along the way. I am grateful now to be able to create a program that places it’s employees first. Culture is everything and Arbor Wellness will be an organization that practices what it preaches, supports its staff and employees and fights to break the stigma around mental health and substance abuse. We can do better as a community and we hope to be an example for other organizations to change the way they show up for their people and also clients. Be the change we need to see.
