I am a project manager and senior biologist focused on federal and state endangered species act compliance for state and local governments, water agencies, utilities, energy companies, and private developers. I manage endangered species act compliance for a wide variety of projects, from fairly complex biodiversity and habitat conservation plans, often for multiple clients, to more straightforward individual permit applications for single projects and clients. I also oversee the implementation of many permits, which includes designing, writing, and conducting management and monitoring programs aimed at tracking progress towards permit compliance.
