   Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of world class global infrastructure for this leading-edge, technology company that develops safe, autonomous vehicles focusing on the RoboTaxi industry- Actively consult with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to identify business and technology needs of the machine learning, simulation, HIL, dev ops, and software development teams- Technical and administrative lead of Principal Engineers in the pillars of networking, hosting, storage, and cloud infrastructure- Participate in working groups to develop and iterate on strategy and deployment of R&D and Commercial facilities globally- Liaison, communicate, and engage in C-suite board discussions. This includes boardroom presentations, input into business activities beyond technology, and participation in critical senior executive business decisions- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by creating processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems- Organize all cloud management billing under one central dashboard, improving accountability and visibility into our company cloud costing. This allowed us to negotiate an enterprise-level discount plan providing direct savings of over $4 million dollars on our annual cloud infrastructure expenditures- Innovatively solve big data challenges within required SLAs by providing efficient data pipelines for more than 30 Petabytes of data through the entire lifecycle process: from data creation, ingestion, transformation, and migration to cloud storage targets- Deliver and support all domestic and international high-speed connectivity and circuits of up to 100Gbps in order to provide high-speed data transfer, low latency developer experiences, for a user-base that operates remotely on a 24x7x365 schedule.
