I started in the oil & gas industry, moving from field to project engineering to operational roles. The excitement around the future of renewable energy led me down this new path and after 22 years in the construction industry, I’ve seen the solar industry skyrocket. As it continues to grow and outpace the resources, the challenge is around finding qualified personnel.
