ABOUT TROY MICHAUD

I am a results driven executive with extensive experience leading diverse functional teams and overseeing advanced technology programs. I have in-depth experience developing and maintaining operational and capital budgets in accordance with company direction and revenue goals. I possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and their applications. Over 25 years of planning and executing technology solutions with experience in video, content management, banking, and telco environments.In addition to my expertise with service operations and infrastructure, I have very strong experience and knowledge with development methodologies, data structures, architecture and application technologies which allows me to easily \"bridge the gap\" to ensure delivery of full solutions to production environments that can be maintained and supported.I have a very strong operational background, and have lead operational based teams for many years. While I the strongly enforce process, I customize and adopt the processes to be nimble enough to support the needs of the business while not sacrificing stability or quality. I have supported internal systems with OLA\'s and external services with SLA\'s including managed services platforms.I believe the path to excellence is the people you work with, and as such I strive to inspire others to succeed, both those on my teams as well as all those I come in contact with.
