I manage and direct a coast to coast team of 103 team members, 22 national/international locations with an annual expense budget of $47.8 million and an additional $45 million in capital projects. I manage the Firm’s real estate portfolio, real estate and workplace strategies, construction, leasehold improvements, facility management, space planning and workplace design. I also direct procurement, supplier diversity, security, travel, mail/copy services, reception, hospitality, liability insurance and the firm-wide Resource Center. My Finance duties include the creation and management of operations budgets, capital plans and financial modeling. I lead the Firm’s Real Estate Committee, Procurement Committee and the Supplier Diversity Committee. I am also a member of the Firm’s Crisis Committee, Disaster Recovery Committee, COVID-19 Response Committee and Return to Office Committee.
