   As the Military Lead Recruiter for Nightwing, I oversee the Military/Veteran Recruitment Program, which focuses on attracting military and veteran talent while educating the organization on the value of hiring veterans to promote diversity and strengthen our workforce. This program also serves as a strategic tool to ensure the business has the right number and types of diverse leaders to drive mission success. It includes specific guidelines, metrics, roles, and responsibilities for implementation across Nightwing, in alignment with federal regulations, as well as standards set by the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Defense (DoD), and relevant state entities.In my role, I build and maintain strong business relationships, positioning myself as a trusted HR business partner. I collaborate closely with leaders, recruiters, sourcers, and other stakeholders to guide strategic research and data-driven efforts to attract top military and veteran candidates. This requires me to analyze program performance, provide actionable insights, and work with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a results-oriented work ethic.
