An open mind and creativity are tremendous partners to common sense and collaboration. I am open-minded and creative, and love working with others to find solutions and achieve results. I am on my second tour of duty with Dell. I am part of the Learning & Development team, supporting our North America Medium Business division. I love working with a team to achieve success for all. Most of my earlier career involved involved sales, both inside and outside. As a sales rep for Frontier Printers, Dell, IKON/Ricoh, and B&C, I enjoyed enough success as an individual contributor to warrant the opportunity to train, overlay, coach, and manage other reps. I also took a two-year break from the for-profit world to serve as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Lions Service Foundation, where I promoted our state projects to groups and individuals to drive revenue. Throughout, I have loved the opportunity to work with and talk to people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and finding common ground to achieve results. I have a BA in Advertising from Oklahoma University and studied for two years at Georgia Tech toward a degree in Mechanical Engineering. It is always great to communicate with friends, colleagues, and managers who have been a part of my journey to now. It is also great to meet new people who are open-minded, creative, and interesting.
