Pursue existing TA Specialist responsibilities (see below) TLDR: 60%- Tech recruitment (hiring, sourcing, consulting, stakeholder management.) Tech Roles- Engineering: Web, Mobile, Embedded, Backend, Frontend, Fullstack developers. DevOps/SysAdmins/SRE. Data Science/Data Analysis/Data Engineering. Architects. QAs. Team Leads/Directors. Interns- Product: Product Manager (web, mobile, embedded), Product Analyst, Product Designers 30%- Special projects (branding, processes, project management, culture.) 10%- Admin (metrics, documentation, benmarking.) Leadership: Coach and mentor junior TA and recruitment interns on both technical and recruitment domains • Hold 1:1, performance feedback, tech mentoring sessions and recruitment sessions Stakeholder management: Act as an SME with stakeholders within the leadership team (hiring managers, CTO, tech management) to ensure adhesion to best practices in recruitment (diversity, process benchmarking) • Manage and develop partnership with external stakeholders including: Recruitment agencies, Hackathons, QueerTech, Universities (campus hiring), etc. Project management: plan and lead events including internal Hackathon day, aboriginal day and Women\'s Coding Night Day Key Achievement: • Rebranded TouchTunes\' Linkedin Life page • Improved women in tech recruitment from 20% to 40% • Re-modelled TouchTunes\' job description across all levels to account for diversity & inclusion • Introduced the Recruitment playbook at TouchTunes
