Coordinate and evaluate a 7 state area in Upper Midwest (Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Dakotas, Minnesota and Wisconsin). Drafted and signed Eight players to reach the MLB since being hired with the Padres in 2016. Six players were involved in Major League trades with other teams to acquire the current Padres roster. Signed BA Top Ten Prospect and 2017 Minor League Pitcher of the Year (Padres), Joey Lucchesi and 2023 BA Top Ten pitcher Adam Mazur. In addition, I have added Dillon Head and Kale Fountain as Padres Top Ten prospects. Have signed four top ten Padres prospects since 2016.Two players were 2023 Padres top ten prospects. Drafted and signed two D3 players after the 20th round that reached the Major Leagues in 2023.Responsible for signing 9 players that have reached Double A since 2016.
