As the Associate Head Coach of Cross Country and Track & Field at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, I am driven by a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the track. My focus is on creating a culture of growth, resilience, and leadership—helping athletes discover their potential, achieve personal and team goals, and carry those lessons into every facet of life.With experience as a successful collegiate athlete and a professional background in career and academic support, I bring a well-rounded, holistic approach to coaching—one that values character, accountability, and the pursuit of excellence. Whether it\'s building confidence on the track or preparing for the challenges of life beyond college, I take pride in being a steady mentor and advocate for our athletes\' success.Helping individuals find purpose and take pride in their journey—both athletic and personal—is what truly motivates me every day.

   Serve as Associate Head Coach overseeing training, technical development, and competition strategies across multiple event groups, while directly leading jumpers and distance runners during the cross country season• Coordinate with strength and conditioning and athletic training staff to optimize performance, prevent injury, and support athlete recovery• Lead recruiting efforts by identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with prospective student-athletes, high school coaches, and club programs• Oversee student-athlete academic development, providing mentorship and managing an internal Academic Success Program in collaboration with Academic Center for Excellence and advising staff• Plan and execute program engagement and fundraising events including Track and Field Summer camps, Runnin\' Monks Road race, and donor initiatives to support team growth and visibility• Foster leadership development and life-skills education through intentional team culture, development programming, and individualized mentorship• Collaborate with Admissions and Athletics to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for all new student-athletes• Represent the program and college through community outreach, alumni engagement, and event participation
