ABOUT TROY FRANCISCO
I am a Physical Chemist and Six Sigma Black Belt with 29 years of experience in the chemical and polymer industries. Currently, I am the Technology Director for the Chemours Discovery Hub, Experimental Station Laboratories, and Elkton. In this role, I am responsible for Safe Operations and Operational Excellence at these sites, as well as delivering on Regulatory Compliance, Quality Management, and our collaborations with the University of Delaware.The leveraged teams at our Newark Area sites support all aspects of Research and Development, Technical Service, and Customer Excellence. This includes a world class team of Analytical Scientists that provides unique and comprehensive answers to our most technical questions regarding products, processes, and environmental responsibilities. The Security, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities teams support operations for nearly 300 researchers and 130 world-class laboratories. It is truly an honor to be part of the Chemours team!
