Many years of Automotive Service industry experience ranging from Automotive Technician to Fixed Operations Director. I bring a high level of execution on communication and structure/process while always knowing you are only as good as your people so treat them right. Training Managers, Technicians and Service Advisors is a strength I pride myself on that has always brought great returns financially for the parent company, high levels of customer retention, and I find self rewarding. However, being customer centric has always been the key for me and my teams success. Bringing strategy and execution to a high level for my team is what I thrive on. And seeing my team perform at a high level with our processes helps me see what it is going to take to get to the next level.
