About Troy Collman

Troy Collman is a Partner in the International Tax Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a member of the world wide energy tax practice. Since joining the firm in 1995, Troy has worked with multinational companies providing international tax advice primarily in the energy sector to both foreign and U.S. based clients. His specialties include advising on U.S. outbound transfers; establishing holding companies and/or intellectual property companies; foreign tax credit planning, repatriation techniques; foreign acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and reorganizations. Troy graduated with a dual B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Troy also received a M.B.A. from the University of Houston – Main Campus. Troy has given several presentations to professional groups in Houston including CITE, TEI, ITF and others.
