Served as UnityPoint Health SVP, Insurance Division ($4.4B) and Board Chair of HealthPartners UnityPoint Health Insurance Company. Served as CEO of Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation, a $250M+ subsidiary of UPH, directing a 36 financial month turnaround and eventual merger with University of Wisconsin, resulting in improved scale and competitive position.
