I founded Veteran Executive Leadership to help aspiring veteran executives and entrepreneurs to harness their strength, resilience, and experience to forge new enterprises and realize their potential as business owners and community leaders. I provide funding, coaching, consulting, and advisory services to entrepreneurs and businesses seeking strategic growth and exit planning.Troy Beane is a decorated combat veteran and transformative business leader whose career spans over two decades of distinguished service and entrepreneurial success. As an Infantry Company Commander during a 2009 combat deployment, he earned the Bronze Star for meritorious service. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Troy\'s leadership was pivotal in Greencastle Consulting\'s growth, culminating in the firm receiving the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award in 2018—the highest recognition for employers supporting National Guard and Reserve members.​ In 2023, Troy was honored as a Veterans in Business awardee by the Philadelphia Business Journal, recognizing his significant impact on the Greater Philadelphia business community. Further acknowledging his contributions, Penn State Great Valley named him one of its Diamonds of the Decades in 2024, celebrating alumni who have achieved notable success and made lasting impacts. ​ As the founder and CEO of Veteran Executive Leadership, Troy continues to champion veteran entrepreneurship, providing guidance and opportunities for veterans transitioning to business ownership.    Troy A. Beane is a serial entrepreneur. He formed his first company as a side hustle in high school. Like many, he failed. In 1998, searching for discipline, resources, and education, he joined the military.The events of 9/11/2001 led to a career in service. After a 21-year career in the USAF and US Army and several mobilizations and deployments, Troy retired as a Major from the Pennsylvania National Guard.During his military career, Troy took to heart the lessons in shared hardship in the enlisted ranks, the experience and responsibility as a commanding officer, and the insight and influence of working at ‘echelons above reality’.Troy transferred these lessons and experiences into a civilian career as a Management Consultant and later minority owner and COO for Greencastle Associates Consulting – an all-veteran management consulting firm to Fortune 500 companies.Troy founded Veteran Executive Leadership in 2022 and is now on the path to creating generational wealth for veterans through entrepreneurship, coaching, mentoring, and talent services.
