   As Integration Manager at PatientIQ, I lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing improvement of our healthcare integration efforts as part of the broader SaaS implementation team. My role centers on ensuring that our customers can seamlessly and securely exchange data with their EHR systems using standards like FHIR, HL7, and custom APIs.In this position, I oversee a growing team of integration analysts, providing mentorship, process oversight, and tactical support across multiple concurrent customer implementations. I’m responsible for developing repeatable integration playbooks, ensuring technical consistency, and scaling internal knowledge across the team.My focus is on building an efficient and transparent integration model that supports our long-term growth. I work to balance the delivery of high-quality, customer-specific solutions with the need to scale sustainably. I partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align integration strategy with client expectations and evolving technical capabilities.
