Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that align people, processes, and purpose—whether in human resources, recruitment, or education. I specialize in managing complex, high-impact projects with a focus on operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and long-term strategic outcomes.In my current role as a Human Resources Project Manager for the Boston Police Department, I oversee a portfolio of city-wide HR initiatives that include recruitment operations, promotional processes, compliance, and policy implementation. I lead project lifecycles from planning through execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a key liaison between HR leadership and internal stakeholders. My work emphasizes change management, workflow optimization, and effective communication to ensure lasting impact.Previously at Deloitte, I was responsible for regional campus recruiting strategy across multiple states, leading full-cycle recruitment for roles in business technology, engineering, and consulting. I managed and coached recruiting teams, strengthened partnerships with universities—including HBCUs—and helped increase the candidate pipeline through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. I also co-led national internship programs, reinforcing my ability to balance big-picture vision with operational details.My foundation in higher education, combined with hands-on experience in both the public and private sectors, has shaped my approach as a collaborative, agile, and impact-oriented leader.
