I am a Talent Acquisition professional with almost 10 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting. I have a diversified background in staffing, project management, administration and team management across a variety of industries from consumer goods, finance/banking, manufacturing and healthcare. Considered to be an ATS guru by many (okay maybe just me), and also knowledgeable on general HR topics (because how many times are recruiters/talent asked HR questions!). My background and skills are a mix of project management, process driving and results focused. I attempt to find inefficiencies in my daily work in hopes of making everyone else\'s job a little easier, and I love being a resource to those around me. My transparency is my greatest asset and I pride myself in painting a clear, realistic and honest picture of situations and projects around me. I strive on building strong relationships with business partners through the utilization of my exceptional communication skills as well as my ability to quickly build trust and credibility within the organization. My strong sense of urgency comes from growing up in fast paced Chicago all of my life. Moving to Nashville and living there for almost 10 years taught me to slow down and enjoy every minute life has to offer me. I now live in Phoenix enjoying my favorite hobby of playing golf and enjoying incredible craft beer!I also love (need) coffee, dogs, cooking dinner every night out of a cookbook, and reading too much fantasy.

   Manage a team of 13 Clinical Sourcing Specialists who directly support our centralized recruiting team to source passive candidates across 15 states and 70+ facilities in ancillary, allied, behavioral health, and other non-clinical positions. Collaborate and initiate creative sourcing strategies in hard to fill markets, as well as partner with our Recruitment Marketing Team on bringing in potential candidates.
