About Tarun Raj Kumar
The realm of Cognitive Science spans to almost every science and technology area. This notion of Cognitive, opened the possibilies of understanding mind, brain, intelligence and cognition in a nutshell. I am particularly interested and aligned towards the cognitive modelling including higher order cognitive process, intelligence and the synthesis of intelligence. In my broad areas of research i try to focus/zoom in by the lense of neuroscience- cognitive and computational. From experimentations to modelling and to simulations. I started my journey as hope to delve deeper into the mind as well solve the problems which cannot be solved without the cognitive notion. I use EEG and fMRI as the experimental techniques. Building solutions and technologies in areas like cognitive computing, Modern Day Deep learning and AI can be really game changing for applying and testing the theoretical knowledge into building something really robust and impactful. Recently, I have developed a great interest in finding the answers to the philosphical questions like the Time Perception and Sub-conscious/Impicit Cognition.
