Experienced professional with over 18 yrs of experience across various domains. Started with the customer service industry and worked in the BPO sector for around 4 years. Then got into Oracle as a credit and collections analyst and worked for about 2 years. Then joined Goldman Sachs and worked for about 10 months as Treasury Operations Analyst. Joined Thomson Reuters and worked in AR for close to 5 years and acquired complete knowledge of O2C by working with various teams across TR. Joined back Oracle again in 2013 and from then on the journey has been in sales operations/business operations. This covers the entire O2C process and have been involved with all activities related to O2C. Have been in the mangerial role since last 4.5 years and recently got promoted as the Ops Manager and will be managing a team of 10 in the HGBU sales operations org. Since getting into the manager role in 2018, have gained great experience in team management, transition management, hiring & onboarding, project management, coaching & mentoring etc.Always been a dynamic, dedicated, hard working and transparent in my work and always thrive to learn and upskill myself and try and grow up the ladder vertically. Always like taking up new challenges and oportunities.
