Triston is a Senior manager with more than 12 years of experience in preconstruction and construction management for collaborative delivery (CMAR, DB, PDB) projects, management of upgrades to existing facilities, estimating and engineering services during construction (resident engineering, QA/QC, and engineering management). Triston also has experience managing inter-disciplinary teams. In his career to date, he has demonstrated experience with nearly all facets of engineering and construction activities for projects in the water/wastewater, healthcare, and federal markets.He often dedicates his time to mentoring engineering students and youth in the community and has provided volunteer service for events nationwide from the Dr. Martin Luther King Day of Service to the USA Science and Engineering Festival. Triston is always available to speak with prospective students about engineering and has devoted countless hours to outreach to promoting education and encouraging elementary, middle and high school students to pursue STEM degrees. Triston’s personal philosophy is to “Dress Well, Live Well, and Learn Everyday!”
