Tristen Kaumans has a earned a BBA in finance from Henderson State University. He has completed courses in accounting, economics, investments, statistics, business law, etc. He has also earned the ACT WorkKeys certification, which validates his readiness for the workforce and his proficiency in applied math, graphic literacy, and workplace documents.Since July 2021, he has been working as an insider at Domino\'s, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry, cooking, and restaurant management. He prepares and delivers orders, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. He has worked with a diverse and dynamic team of colleagues, managers, and customers. He has developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills over the past three years.In May 2024, He was an Area Manager Intern at Amazon. During his 10 week internship he learned various skills such as Management, Communication, Critical-Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Technical skills. His experience during those 10 weeks allowed him to see first hand the fast paced nature of operations management, which allowed him to gain valuable experience working in a fast paced environment, that involved critical thinking and effective communication skills to reach goals. During the internship he also gained valuable leadership and management skills as he led a team of 50-100 associates to reach daily goals and continually improve the quality of the operation. He is passionate about learning from his work experience and applying his finance knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios and challenges.His long term goal is to become a finance professional who can analyze, manage, and optimize financial resources. He plan\'s on using the skills that he learned at HSU combined with the work experience he gained at Domino\'s and Amazon, to become a professional in the field of finance, where he can continue to learn new skills, improve on his current skills, and gain valuable experience.
